Richard Lindzen is BS; he is always wrong.

He is also at the Cato Institute.

At Cato, Dr. Lindzen focuses on the interaction between science and policymakers. He studies whether the move from largely private funding to public support has introduced biases into science and the public policies informed by science. He will work primarily out of Cambridge, Massachusetts.

You know, the one partially founded and funded by the Koch brothers. There was a dispute when one of the original founders died.

Crane contended that Niskanen's share belonged to his widow, Kathryn Washburn, and that the move by the Kochs was an attempt to turn Cato into "some sort of auxiliary for the G.O.P.... It's detrimental to Cato, it's detrimental to Koch Industries, it's detrimental to the libertarian movement." [58
