Mike,,,this also applies to what I read about the IMF,,investors are not doing their own DD in foreign markets,,believing the IMF wiil bail them out... higher bankruptcy rates could be caused in part by a more accepting attitude then was prevalent 10 or 15 years ago...Just in one situation I've heard of,,lots of graduated University students declared bankruptcy up here in Canada, to get out of paying back their student loans...The Gov't will now not recognize their bankruptcy in regards to these loans.. russell
