Yeah, the same for the PNW where I live, and the regional climate models generally predict this, although I'm not a great believer in the accuracy of regional climate models.

The PNW is thought to generally have warmer winters, with more rain and less snow. The problem is we rely on snow pack for water in spring and summer. Rain in the winter instead is largely lost, and contributes to flooding as well.
