I disagree. He's not Reagan or Lincoln. But in my lifetime, other than Reagan, he's certainly the best president we've had.

It is important to look at it from the perspective of what he had to deal with, what he inherited from his immediate predecessor, and what he accomplished.

Any president who saved millions of lives, as Bush did, really has to be seriously considered as among our best. That he was followed by an incompetent fool really can't be blamed on him.
