You might want to actually read up on what he did. It was in fact fairly significant number crunching. It was also a fairly significant accomplishment. If you actually believe what you wrote here: was simply a regurgitation of the numbers a statistician would expect. then please do explain why nobody else figured that out? Why didn't Romney know what was coming? Why didn't some of those polling organizations predicting a Romney win figure it out? I'll guarantee you that the bulk of the other polling organizations will be looking very carefully at what he did, and will try to improve their own forecasts in the future. Which, oddly, will make life a good deal more difficult for Nate in the next election.
