This was in the 8-K-> "As soon as practicable after the Closing Date but in no event later than twenty (20) days thereafter, the Company shall seek shareholder approval to cause (1) the increase of the number of authorized shares of common stock to 800 million shares and (2) authorize implementation of a reverse split of the common stock at a ratio of 200:1. "
