Lazarus thanks for sharing.

When others put up a stock, chart it causes me to look it up. It gets me out of my box to see other things.

That AAP is one good looking short.

I had seen you post re corn and RFIL and you should do well in those two as well. I did a quick glance. I'm sure you are aware of the when and where to exit.

And this below highlighted in blue is a thing of beauty. If I hung with you I'd knick name you ELEPHANT B##LS..

"The most money I have ever made on a single day stock trade was around $86,000. I will try to make the long story short. I bot 10k shares of a stock at 22 cents and traded it up to ~ $8.50 where I sold 8k shares and held onto 2 k shares. Stock went up to $13.25 and headed back south."

And re the additional money made I'd then say let me rub your head for you are one lucky person.

I rarely trade that quickly. Heck look at how long I've held the core. I'm usually long term re options although I'll do an occassional 4 month/6 months and kick out in a moment if the target is hit. . Usually though I'm looking 1/1 1/2 years out unless writing a covered call. Then I've gamed how long to pull back. After an education from one on SI, I will use puts. Never would have done that had he not taken the time to share. So again I like to be open and learn. One is never too old or too smart.

As for the ME ME ME or I I I.. Doesn't bother me. that's someone elses issue.

I was a big fan of Cassious Clay long ago before he changed his name.. I would find myself in heavy debate because he pushed their buttons. Not my problem. He did what he said and I didn't give a hoot if he said HE WAS THE GREATEST. History has shown he was at the time.Probably still is. Although I don't know how he would have faired against TYSON or a Lenox Lewis in their prime. I like Tyson as well simply because I relate to his struggle coming out of the low incomes.

.

When I don't know anything I say nada. So I listen and think.

Here and now I think the surprise going forward is that many have things priced for not just perfection but then some. With many toppy a few things will take place. SOME deserve to keep going higher. Many do not.

Of the many that do not there will be those that look attractive as they come down but they will come down because they deserve to do so. And that is where we will probably see the next batch of failures. Here and Vegas instead of them going bk many have just been taken by another on the cheap. Or the the OL take under that occurred with Hand and others.

So it will be interesting.

IF I remember you and I are still considering IBM lower. That hasn't changed from my view.

And that's just one that will put pressure on mr dow.

Ok have a great one.
