Wow ! I wonder why the news item noted span of sells as Nov 3rd to Nov 25th as at EDGAR the last SEC Form-144 for Nov is Nov 13th. Also, at EDGAR, since Nov 13th there is one Form-144 filed on Dec 3rd. So, with the exception of the latter Dec 3rd Form-144 can I assume from EDGAR data that MCRE form-144s have dried up ? Also, does the news' item data indicate that Wilczak and Zimmer have a total 5.3 % of MCRE shares ? For some reason I thought they had more than that. Vulcan Ventures : Do you think that 2 million shares left is all MCRE or MCRE mixed in with other companies ? I thought total insiders owned a lot more of MCRE. Any idea what total insider ownership is ?
