There was a fed speaker at 2.10 est so maybe the nervousness was due to that. I still want to see 32.5 and 34 taken out decisively

Lots of movement in VLO today. It was down sharply near the open and now its up sharply.
Looks like a big Feb Call options play was reported.

I also noticed the market tends to dip or pause before the last trading hour and close strong. In a strong uptrend I like buying these dips. But this is not true 100% of the time and there is no way to predict. So I try to not get shaken out
