When all you go to for your support of your religious conviction is hot whoppers, you are bound to be fooled by frauds. You posted a supposed plot of NCDC/NOAA. I checked with my source, Dr Roy Spencer. They are identical except Dr. Spencer points to the updated source that has the last two months.
