Elizabeth....Don't mean to write words of discouragement, but you need to take Ebeling's comments with a grain of salt. When he was CEO/President of Tridon Enterprises(TEIM), there was a group of us that called him on a regular basis. He assured us everytime that TEIM was on track to produce six feature films starring such actors as Shirley McLaine, Terrence Stamp, Busey, and many others. He said these projects would wrap up by the end of December, 1996(kind of ironic, huh?) Even after the end of the year, we contacted Ebeling and he said everything was fine and encouraged us to pick up more shares at these "bargain basement prices". As time went on, we could not get any straight answers from Ebeling about the so called 'progress' of the company. We kept waiting and waiting for TEIM's 10Q to be filed so we could get the answers to our questions. 2 quarters passed and still no financial statement was filed with the SEC. I contacted the SEC and they told me that TEIM had filed for 3 extensions and the report would probably not be out until another 3 months(by the way, the stock had tumbled from mid .40's to mid .10's)
