My wishes in this are totally irrelevant. The only point I was making is that there is a substantial difference in revenue between the two concepts.

Calling it "reselling" is much better (and closer to the truth) than implying that all ORCL did was use JBuilder's codebase

Again, it really does not matter if they simply changed the color scheme, calling it reselling won't make it reselling (however close to the "truth" that may be) if the commercial terms are on a different basis. We are not talking injured pride here, we are talking revenue and profits.

Incidentally, if you hadn't been completely familiar with the JBuilder look and feel, how would you have known it was JBuilder? Does the Borland logo appear anywhere?
