Hate to break this to you...but I'm not Mike Wilkins, and I have absolutely no association with West highland Capital. Furthermore, there are no "illegal" shorts in REFR. Shorting the REFR stock fraud works just like any other short. You locate it, and if it's available you short it. Finally, I'm not currently short the REFR stock fraud. I certainly tried to short during the most recent pump, but couldn't find any...and simply didn't want to make any additional effort to get a locate.
