It's only your money until you pay your taxes. I'll leave the spending of it to our collective taxation representation guys in Congress. They do things like building water supply systems for conservative farmers who are too cheap to dig their own wells and who don't get enuf rain to fill a pond. You might not like it when your representative doesn't get your way, but it was "No taxation Without Representation", not "No Taxation Unless I get My Way Every Time". You can look it up.
