The younger demographic is indeed "opting out" of Obamacare. They only voted for Mr O because he assured them they'd receive medical insurance free of charge. They wouldn't pay a penny for it prior to the Democrats idiotic railroading of the Ocare law, so why would they pay for it today? They won't, therefore Ocare is unworkable - a total waste of citizens time and the nation's wealth.
