I beg to differ with you... You read the more than 35 POINTS raised and assumed them to be questions when in fact I read them as statements addressed more deeply in the body of the 38 page report.
RD may be wrong about CNC but don't shoot the messenger because you don't like the message. As I suggested yesterday, read the report objectively.. if you can put out of your mind that you own it and read it as if you were going to make a new commitment to it you may come away with a different opinion
addmittedly this is not the first time accounting issues have been raised regarding CNC and I won't pretend to understand them all I would pose ONE question to you ..
Why did CNC spend so much money buying back its stock in the open market (paying some broker a fee) only to issue PRIDES, to replace cash,(again paying a broker a fee) ?
Would suggest you see who the underwriters are and who has just recommended the stock. Surprise, surprise.
