I, too, very much hope that Bob decides to continue. I think all of us will respect whatever Bob decides to do because he has helped us so much. He is one of the few individuals that has a gift to improve many people's lives. So if this is an issue of Bob wanting to join the Pro golf tour, he has more than earned it. But if there are issues dealing with any negotiation that we can help influence - calling ABC radio, etc - please, Bob or Bob Jr., let us know. -- Alan

My local cable company in AZ has recently starting airing the Golf Channel and there was a Special Bulletin last night around 9:20PM reporting on rumors that Bob Brinker may be joining the '98 Senior Tour. These rumors are yet unconfirmed. I would say that coming off the very competitive Arizona Cactus Tournament at the end of November where Bob Sr. was ridden with injury and equipment failure, he will take a couple of weeks to re-evaluate his dedication to the sport of golf and make a decision accordingly. -bob jr.
