Hello Wayne, ( ConAir-good movie), heres a thought. This question of why someone or some entity, would invest in RMIL( With RMCW merger pending the cash), has been bothering me. The only reason I can figure
someone would invest in RMIL, as opposed to just buying or merging with RMCW ( if they want to make a go of the water business,[ IMO the garment business will be history]), is they want to bring they're money public through RMIL. If this is the case, I expect to see a lot of shares issued to the individual(s). They would in all probability be 144s, but still dilutive to the common stock. I also would expect the company to get its financial shit together, in order to avoid being dropped to a "pink sheet" stock. If it is reduced to this level(level below BB), the stock will not be very tradable, resulting in...

Food for thought,
DD
