It is indisputable fact. By every objective measure, American health care was better than that which could be obtained anywhere in the world. Which is why the world's wealthiest people, who can afford the best care in the world, routinely come here to be treated for complicated illness.

That will change, post-Obamacare, no doubt about it. But it was at one time.

Only if you count any bankruptcy listing medical debt as a bankruptcy because of that medical debt.
