JAGUAR MINING COMMON SHARES TO BE DELISTED FROM TSX

As a result of the commencement of proceedings under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA), Jaguar Mining Inc. has received a letter from the Toronto Stock Exchange indicating that the common shares of the company will be delisted effective at the close of market on Feb. 10, 2014.
