What is the biggest scam regarding unemployment is the number of people who neither collect unemployment or pay any taxes. The underground employment is huge - the result of over taxation. The words Cash payment price or sidejob are very big. Those who work hard but do not pay taxes offer their services at half the commercial rate. If the government ever went to a fair tax on all purchases and scrapped the income tax,its windfall would be huge. Even the dope dealer would then be paying. Keep it simple,make all businesses collect the tax free for the government. Scrap the IRS and it bloated rules. Simplify and make it fair = the cost of living in America - if you don't like it, leave or crawl under a rock. Bob
