Good ol' Joe S. wants to be Press Secretary in a Christie WH. That is why he is staying "loyal" to the guy when the chips are down. Christie has a memory like an elephant and acts in accordance with the ancient political rule: reward your friends and harm your enemies. That, at least, is my take on it. If that WSJ story gets into the public mind and it may very well, Christie is dead. He never truly had much of a chance with the GOP primary voters anyway, but that will nail the door shut, I think.
