Steve

Obviously these aquistions are going to add to 4TH quarter

earnings. As they do this it will be figured in on the costs

of buying these companies. So my guess is that the stock price

will be going up at the latest, when 4TH quarter is posted.

What do you think?

Here's an update to my previous post re AMCN's acquisitions. After
last month's Tejas Toy acquisition, the trend is as follows:

date franchisee price/machine
---- ---------- -------------
1/96 Hoosier $ 3200
5/96 Northern Coin $ ????
7/96 Sugarloaf of Utah $ 4400
7/96 Sugarloaf West $ 4900
9/97 Sugarloaf, Inc $ 8200
12/97 Creative Coin of AZ $10000
1/98 Tejas Toy $ 8900

Looks like the acquisition prices may be topping out? I'm glad to see
it, as I'm still looking for an opportunity to get back in.
