andy neff of bear is dead wrong again. andy had a buy on quantum when anybody who knows anything knows disk drive prices have been getting killed. his numbers were not even close. it was interesting because it seems like he downgrade the stock then shortly after put a but on it. i bet you he downgrades it tommoror. qntm or quantum misses the street by over by almost over 100%. my point is the main reason tsemf is really this low is because of neff and his downgrade, meaning everybody thinks he a genius or sometihing. bying tsemf 3 dollers under book at pe multiple of under 10 . 1.7 times cash on a company that earned 40 cents last quarter. everybody will be thanking andy in the futre for this opportunity.
