Arvind,
I don't follow mortgage REIT's. I get interested in buying them when short interest rates have risen, are high, and are likely to turn lower. These conditions are present. The ones you listed are among the best. CVI, DX, and RWTI are ones that moved up rapidly when interest rates dropped. DX is one I'd look into also.
