How often do you see these shipments?

Do you see more going over than returning or vice versa?

How long have you been working there and how long have you been noticing these shipments? Are they on the increase? How do you know they are ECO shipments?

Important questions, appreciate the tip.

I do not know much about Echo Bay , but I know someone who works for them in the Lupin, NWT mine. He mentioned to me that they just brought in some Russian geologists and mine engineers to show them modern mining techniques. He did not know what type of relationship they are trying to develop.
