Question

Could cyber crime in the form of credit cards numbers stolen etc have anything to do with the low interest received on deposits in banks.where by the spread though not spoken about between deposit and loan could become greater?

Somehow the losses are liabilities which should be paid or by some accounting rule are they just carried forth through eternity?
