Exactly...the corrupt....promotion of the Iraqi boondoggle ...

and the tax cuts that..did the reverse of funding it...needs to be looked at.......

the 'elevator'..is headed down...with little relief in sight

That is the heart of the problem alright--the cut back in public funding for public universities ( and not just red states, Calif. is non that list also), but is it not a legitimate question to raise about Administrator's taking the tuition subsidy question into their own hands--and in effect hiding the result?

IMHO whenever it's the WSJ being quoted you want to throw the baby out with the bath water. The facts are what they are.
