They aren't really marketing the site as anything to anyone right now...that would involve spending money to bring the product to the attention of potential new users, partnerships with likeminded businesses, ad or search link exchanges, etc. These guys didn't even release the "press release" announcing their purchase of SI. The person who signed that "PR" has never been heard from again anywhere. It's a Potemkin village with a whole other plot line behind the scenes.
