I feel SI needs to maintain certain standards. If SI sees intensional misuse of this thread for personal profit at the expence of other members, BOOT them. The issue is realy truth, half truth or lies. Were lies posted for personal profit by HL?? It's just like our good freind at the SEC and varios exchanges (ASE?) looking out for us. We all know the credibility issue when the voluntary delisting occured. Did it improve or suffer? Based on the facts(?) as they transpired most of us would agree credibility improved, but under some very unusual conditions (law suit, failure ASE to follow agreement between ASE and NAXOS). Has SI's cedibility improved ? Has the member bodies ? Has NAXOS's ? Who complained about HL? POST Number anyone ? Long for a long time.
