re....state populations......The only thing which will change that is drought.

drought...a by product of Climate Chaos.......along with sea level rise

is gonna change the stats on a lot of population migrations...

recent studies indicate a 5 year...window..of collapse is to be expected

in other words..buying into a 30 mortgage is very much..not wise
