The government should get it and quantum encryption. Before the Chinese do. And it is better the government has it then corporations. Don't you understand, you are the government, but the corporations are controlled by the plutocrats who are taking your freedom away. If the corporations get it what control do you have over them? None. But if the government has it we control it. You guys really need to understand democracy better.
