My cholesterol is 163, very healthy number...

Sure, here's the recipe...

Ingredients

Unsweetened cocoa powder, I use Hershey's unsweetened cocoa powder...
Unrefined virgin coconut oil you can find at Whole Foods
Agave light... there are 3 different kinds of agave, I prefer the light...

One really big heaping tablespoon of cocoa power
two tablespoons of coconut oil
Three tablespoons of agave

Coconut oil turns to a solid below 76 degrees, so if it gets too hard to mix, then pop it into the microwave for about 12 seconds to get it back to the liquid state...

Stir until completely mixed and then add the walnuts...

I usually triple the recipe, so I use 3, 6 and 9...

Put into the refrigerator and let it cool for about two hours, then spoon it out and enjoy... and it's healthy for you, it's not a candy since it has no sugar, and the coconut oil is very good for you in so many ways...

I spent a full week in Switzerland this past October and I tried all different kinds of their high end chocolates while I was there, and nothing compared to this very easy recipe...
