I think many (D)'s see what Luntz and those like him do as sleazy and scammy, and don't want to do it. It may be that, but this is the real world. In it, people are BELIEVING that the wealthy are "job creators" who's taxes must not be raised. Until they accept that they need the Luntz's, their going to continue to have divided government. It should be an easy job to get a working person to vote in his own economic interests. It would be a cakewalk for a guy like Luntz.
