Robt. Justine,

Hey! - Where is everybody? Only four postings in the last 9 1/2 hours since my 1:32 post. Come on folks, it could be worse. We have all seen situations where a stock was pummelled worse than Oxford today. . The encouraging thing is that the stock went down only 15% . Frankly, I expected worse. A six or seven point drop would not have been considered excessive in light of all the negative news.

If there are no more surprises (yea I know ... keep it to yourselves) and Oxford can (i) resolve through settlement, class action litigation within limitations of whatever insurance coverage may exist, (ii) get a real handle on their principle cost - ie. payouts to health providers by market segment, (iii) retain most of their existing accounts and (iv) convince new accounts to sign up, then Oxford will be on the road to recovery. Sure that's a lot to accomplish. As shareholders we can only hope that this thirty something managment has what it takes!
