CS is "resting" now after it's hard fall. it's trying to gather
the strength to go up, but coordination is bad, and there is some
soreness where it fell. also, it's hard to get back on feet when
all the other techs are listing in a wind of selling.

Basing in newspeak probably means no one can imagine another 40% hit, tanked stocks are tanked how can they be "tanking"?
