You said nothing! What were the details of TARP for Christ's sake? I don't know and you don't know. koan all of the details are out there including a timeline. Read the TARP bill Congress passed and it's intended purpose. Read the changes Bush and Paulson signed into law. Read when Warren was overseeing TARP and looked the other way. Everyone knows koan. Why don't YOU? Like I said, you're choosing to ignore the facts. I'll give you a hint, your sources of "news" will not talk about it, you'll have to do some research on your own.
