Yes, absolutely, my diet does allow for whipped cream since cream itself has no carbs at all... I can whip heavy cream and then fold in some agave to sweeten it... very delicious and also very healthy for you... I sometimes put whipped cream over fresh blueberries or strawberries, or both, it's a delicious cold and creamy dessert, far better than ice cream, and it's very satisfying...

It's really amazing how we can modify our diets to a more healthy one if we only took the time to realize the crap they sell in the grocery store is not really fit for human consumption... making our own foods, short of raising our own cattle and chickens, is so much healthier... but you can always find organic items and range fed beef at the store...

BTW, those artificial sweeteners are actually worse than refined granulated sugar... if I had to, I would use sugar before any of those artificial sweeteners... all of those fake foods are toxic, just chemicals made in a laboratory... they're put into food to preserve them so the food can be transported a greater distance, but it's certainly not healthy to consume...
