Feline, Any cost differential due to any exothermic reaction at this low rate will be insignificant. The costs here will be mainly the ripping, crushing, pad building, piling, pumping, chemical and labour.
I do not have the data to do a detailed cost. The leach tests will allow B to do this assessment.

I have never heard of any exothermic reaction occurring during heap leaching. There are sometimes heatings that occur with bacterial oxidationm and this natural heating is allowed ot keep the heap in the optimal temp range. I suspect there will be little use of bacteria here, but I am not sure of this fact.
