Thean, they said 1998 would be 3.8B and 1999-2002 e&p would = 70% of total budget. They didn't give a percentage for 98 alone. You have to back out the numbers. See my previous post #4777.

There was an article National Public Radio (NPR) last night re the vast reserves of oil in Azerbigion (sp?). According to the reporter it was in control of the USSR until its break up and is now an independent country. They are working with the American majors and others to bring it to market.
