Re FISH - this MLP has cratered.

My take:
- mediocre assets
- limited potential of dropdowns from GP
- small size
- larger overhang from subordinated units (that eventually will receive distributions)

+ strong incentive from GP to make this work
+ high yield
+small size (works either way)
+high cost of capital may stunt growth

I am not sure what to make of this - strong positives and significant negatives. I think if i were to establish a position, i would keep the size limited.

Boardwalk Pipeline Partners, LP (NYSE: BWP) - Plan to buy BWP under $24 via selling a Feb. 25p @1.20, keep the 1.20 premium if over 25, or have the stock put to you at $23.80. Can sell calls at or above $25 strikes to further reduce costs if you own the stock. Nice way to generate additional income in time.
