LOL... Dream on. It will most likely stifle innovation among internet startups and result in about three huge companies providing Americans with 'all their internet, information and entertainment needs.' Big brother ain't just the government. It's big business too.

re...Think this could ultimately lower consumers cable bills as the cable companies derive more revenue from heavy users. I'd like to ..think..this too... sadly...dollar cost averaging is ...in place Right Action..is usually lacking as far as Big Biz is concerned Payola..rules
