I don't know CJAY. I'm thinking of throwing in the towel tomorrow myself. I feel sick again. Seems like the only thing that could help now is a buyout or a buyback. They could find a way around that restriction if they really wanted to. Just loan the money to a fund or individual and have them buy the stock and hold it. If they didn't stipulate what the money was for and had no control over the shares, bet it wouldn't violate the rule. I'd do it for them myself if they'd let me. BTW, it's just a SES rule, not a law.

Also disgusted and close to giving up.
