Speaking personally, one of the kids had a friend, Jewish, who converted to Islam. His mother is Orthodox and his father is a guy who is a hustler (the kind that sues over slips and falls) who apparently turned Messianic Jewish after getting into trouble fencing stuff at his pawn shop. After having a son convert to Islam, they made sure the younger daughters got Jewish educations. The kid had a terrible self-image, though he's very bright. Thin, premature balding, can't get a girl. I believe he figured he'd be able to get a wife as a Muslim but the Muslims hate him.
