Marcos, If you read the Gold Council report, there is a chance it might happen. APparently the dumping of gold by CBs did not happen as the price fell. The CBs hung on tighter for better times. The decline for the past few weeks might have been gold shorts trying to get a sell off going among the CB.
The gold council report was enough to forestall that. The CBs are sitting back and waiting. If they sell they will do it later at a slow rate and they will keep their fool mouths shut about it.

They are under no reserve requirements, and have few reporting requirements vis-a-vis the amount of gold they hold.
