Jones on another Guerrero Belt company about to drill - Citation CTT.V.

MGG.V has two projects going with Lowell on their copper property and then waiting for permits to drill their Guerrero belt project. Apparently MGG needs to wait until a new election takes place with the local ejido and then approach the newly elected council for permission to drill (which I'm told should be no problem since MGG has been there for years). I'm not sure of the timing on this but then a 60 day drill permitting process is needed. A smaller market cap company (38 million shares out - no warrants, $05 stock price), Citation announced today after 18 months they finally received approval from the ejido to move forward. This was necessary before the govt will issue drilling permits which should be done in 60 days. The map here minaurum.com shows the Citation acreage which is very large adjacent to Goldcorp's Los Filos to the southeast. Osisko (not shown on the map) picked up almost 1 million acres in secrecy in 2012/2013 and their acreage is adjacent to the east of Citation (Jones mentions this in the video links below). They had some early encouraging drill results. The following videos by Jones of Minarum is a must view (6-7 videos) for those interested in this prospective belt. He was Citation's consulting geologist and mentions them several times in these videos and their favorable geology (most of the deposits in this 20 million ounce belt are blind targets).

Here is the news from Citation today (note - they have $400,000 cash but will probably do a financing like MGG recently did):

Citation Resources finalizes Biricu access agreement

2014-01-16 09:28 ET - News Release

Mr. Nigel Kirkwood reports

CITATION RESOURCES INC.: BIRICU ACCESS AGREEMENT FINALIZED AND DRILL PERMITTING UPDATE

Citation Resources Inc. has entered into a formal access agreement with the Mezcala community at its Biricu project granting the company permission and access to conduct drilling activities. The Mezcala region covered by the agreement encompasses substantially all of the priority drill targets previously identified by the company in the four target areas at the Biricu project (see prior news releases). Each of the four target areas contains the geophysical, geochemical and geological characteristics consistent with other discoveries in the area, including the neighbouring Torex properties (Morelos and Media Luna) and Goldcorp's Los Filos property.

Citation continues to advance the process for obtaining the permits for a planned drill program and expects to have drill permits in hand by the end of March, 2014.

The company will finalize access arrangements with two other communities to enable it to drill the other identified priority drill target after completion of its current drill program.

Citation is also pleased to announce that it has commenced a search for a president and chief executive officer to advance exploration and drill programs. "With the drill program now eminent, we are looking to expand our leadership team to include an experienced chief executive capable of taking the company through its next phase," said Matthew Watson, current chief executive officer and chairman.

I bought shares today at $.05 and below today and it seems like a nice gamble at these prices. They certainly are in the right neighborhood with some giant sized deposits. I also own MGG hoping one of these two have the next Guerrerro belt discovery.
