On Bob's Oct 17 appearance on the Nightly Business Report, he was asked about a stock that he had previously recommended - Stanford Telecom (STII). He responded to a question about it by saying -

"Well, we're up close to 50 percent since January in that one. I would hold the stock here, but if it gets back below 20, I'd be willing to add to it."

This week it has dropped below 20. Does anyone know if this is a time to buy or if there are some "Asian" or other issues that make it less attractive now?
