Hi Greg--thanks for the link -- it makes for interesting reading

I had not previously read that real estate valuations were an issue in the mainland -- though I knew that they were in Hong Kong. I will check it out further.

As for the killer bird flu -- it would meet its match if it ever encountered Judy:)
