Greetings John,

<<<So long as there is disclosure, I welcome the efforts of analysts, including Mr. Abella. >>>

I would agree, the problem IMO is, F. Jay has not been providing full disclosure -- to the contrary he avoids admitting it -- even when asked directly on these boards. That is disturbing to me and IMO shows a significant lack of ethics.

The Westergaard website where F. Jay is employed also does not provided full disclosure -- in fact just the opposite IMO, they seem to be trying to cleverly deceive investors.

On one hand they post disclaimers that would indicate they have no positions in stocks they feature -- on the other hand Westergaard admits taking stock from companies he promotes.

I appreciate good information and everyone's opinion, including posts from F. Jay III. But if you are paid to promote stocks IMO you should have a responsibility to disclose that tidbit of information. Without that disclosure, IMO this type of activity is deceptive.

Furthermore, I think the SEC finds it deceptive also.

Cheers Steve

Are you aware of the bounty Westergaard has put on Pluvia's head?
