so the ocean around Norfolk has gonna up 11 inches but 10 miles north and south the ocean has gone up, zero so since I live near by I went out fishing, so I went out on to the ocean and after going 10miles from Northfolk I discovered the ocean out of no where droppped 11 inches, like a flat ocean and all of a sudden around Norfolk there is a 11 inch crest/drop in the ocean, amazaing
